My 50th birthday celebration was an outstanding success, due in large measure to the way you delivered on what was promised. Working with an unfamiliar kitchen, in the face of lots of alcohol seemed not to faze them. Nothing was a problem, & the kitchen was left as clean & neat as they found it. Including the stove. For what it's worth, I was advised by three different people to seek references, when planning my party. It would appear people have difficulties in this area. From the first dealings I had with you, I was confident I need not bother with references. My gut feeling proved right. Your advise was sound, and your ability to suggest different ways of handling such a gathering, with imaginative courses to suit, enabled me to choose what I think was the best style of handling such a gathering in confined spaces. The food was sensational. I wish I could do it all again!
